Game Designer

Location: To be discussed
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

1.Design core gameplay mechanics, build system frameworks, and refine rules, delivering design proposals and ensuring implementation.

2.Create numerical models (e.g., economy, combat, progression systems) to balance player experience and monetization needs.

3.Participate in level design, narrative development, or event planning (varies by specialization).

Requirements:

1.Deep understanding of at least one game genre (MMO, RPG, SLG, anime-style, etc.).

2.Prior experience in successful projects is a plus.

3.Proficient with Excel, Visio, Axure, and similar tools. Basic knowledge of Unity/Unreal Engine is preferred.

4.Strong grasp of game mechanics, with the ability to analyze and deconstruct classic game design principles.

Game Tester

Location: To be discussed
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

1.Execute functional, compatibility, and regression testing to identify bugs, glitches, and gameplay issues.

2.Document and report defects clearly using tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), including steps to reproduce.

3.Verify fixes and perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues meet quality standards.

Requirements:

1.Passion for gaming with sharp attention to detail (e.g., spotting UI misalignment, progression blockers).

2.Basic knowledge of testing methodologies; ISTQB certification or QA experience is a plus.

3.Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and platforms (PC/mobile/console).
